Women in Digital Mentorship Program - Individual mentoring for your path into tech strategy consulting

What does the program offer?

The purpose of the program is to create a network for aspiring women who wish to develop their problem-solving capabilities while gaining insight and knowledge about technology management consulting.

You are currently enrolled in university or in your first professional years, and are looking for opportunities to combine your passion for technology with the world of consulting?  ‍ In line with our Women in Digital Mentorship program, you will get to know BCG Platinion, our work and team in Oslo, and receive individual support around our interview process. Travel to Oslo for our group events will be reimbursed.

Throughout three months, we offer an exciting agenda with various insights on us, group trainings and inspirational get-togethers, and on top three 1-1 mentoring sessions with you and one of our colleagues, your personal mentor. ‍ As a mentee, you are guaranteed an interview process for our internship or full-time positions. The timing of the process will be individually aligned on.

In between the group events, you will meet your personal mentor 3 times in total for individual sessions on your strengths, areas of development, and targeted preparation.
